A few of our key people:

Dan Sager – Construction Manager

Dan has been with the company since 1989.  He started out as a taper and has worked his way to the top over the years.

Dan helps out with quoting, field quality control as well as traveling to meet with building supervisors.  Dan enjoys talking to everyone from the owner of a residence to the sub trade worker. Dan was a past president of both the Alberta Wall & Ceiling Association and the Northwest Wall & Ceiling Association.  He is an integral part of DVS’s success and is looking forward to a long career with the company.

Marilyn Paxton – General Manager

Marilyn has been with DVS since 1990.  She has worked at every office job DVS has.  She has done everything from answering phones to year end accounting.  She too has worked her way to the top of the chain.  

Marilyn has an open door policy for the staff at DVS and works together with them to encourage a team environment.

Robert Paxton – Lead Construction Supervisor

Robert has been with DVS since 1991.  He started out boarding and taping for the company.  Robert has an eye for detecting the smallest deficiency and will ensure it is fixed every time.  

Robert travels to every job to ensure quality control and continues to educate other supervisors on what to look for and how to fix problems.

Larry Bueckert – Construction Supervisor

Larry has been with DVS since 1999.  He has remained a key part of the company since he joined our team.  Larry spent over a year in Red Deer working on a big project of ours.  He works closely with our Estimating team.  Larry is a calming force at DVS.

Dallas Norbury – Construction Supervisor

Dallas has been with DVS since 2001.  He works mainly in our commercial division.  Dallas has made a real bond with employees that work with him.  He takes a new hire under his wing and shows them the ropes and most have become long term employees.  Dallas’s work ethic and expertise makes him a very valuable asset to DVS.

Doug Sieben – Construction Supervisor

Doug has been a supervisor with DVS for 3 years.  Doug has many years of experience in the drywall industry.  He is currently located in Red Deer wrapping up a big job there.  We look forward to him re-joining our team soon.

Barry Bonwick – Construction Supervisor

Barry worked for DVS as a supervisor a few years ago and has re-joined our team.  Barry is a boarder by trade who moved into our supervisory staff.  He has many years of experience in the construction industry and welcomes new ideas openly.

Dave Lyons – Construction Supervisor

Dave is a new Supervisor to our team; however he has many years of experience in the trades.  Dave joins DVS with an open mind, fresh ideas and a thirst for knowledge.
