Below is a link to the Alberta Occupatonal Health and Safety website. You are able to search for laws regarding the construction industy. These laws are the minimum requirements. If DVS or a builder have higher standards, they must be met.
The Act explains what an employer’s role must be and what an employee’s role must be. You will also find the Regulation and the Code. The Alberta Construction Safety Association is also helpful if you require need clarification.
